Inser, the Italian insurance broker controlled by Verlingue (Adelaïde Group), takes a significant step in expanding its regional footprint through the integration of Assibroker Consulting Srl—a long-established firm based in the province of Parma, founded in 2006 by Rosa Graiani and Bruno Baruzzo.With a distinctly family-run structure and a lean team of six, Assibroker has built a loyal client base of over 1,300 businesses and institutions. Over the years, Assibroker has stood out for its deep ties to the local community and its ability to serve strategic market segments.
